New option to send notes by email

• Now when you schedule a reminder you can choose to send a note by mail at the time you want.
  For example you can send yourself an email to within 3 months reminding something, or send a note to a friend one day and at a specific time.
  No need to be registered and sending will take place even if you delete the note. To cancel change the day of the reminder to a past date.
  
• You'll have to give permission to the extension to access to the Note Board server to manage sendings (first time only)
  
• On the form you can put multiple recipients (separated by commas) or add an introductory text
  
• You can also sending immediately using the option to share via email.
